Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to feel confident every time you shop with Glorious Essence.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if:

• The product is damaged or defective
• You received the wrong product
• The product seal is broken upon arrival (without customer tampering)

We do NOT accept returns for:

• Opened products (for hygiene and safety reasons)
• Products returned after 7 days of delivery
• Change of mind (unless the product is unopened and in original condition)

How to Return

1. Email us at gloriousessencepk@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery
2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
3. Our team will review and respond within 24 hours
4. If approved, we will arrange a free pickup and send a replacement or issue a refund

Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product
• Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange a product for the same item if it arrives damaged or defective.
