FREE DELIVERY

We offer free delivery on all orders across Pakistan. There are no hidden shipping charges.

Delivery Timeframe

• Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad): 2–3 business days
• Other cities and towns: 3–5 business days
• Remote areas: 5–7 business days

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation message once your order is dispatched.

Cash on Delivery

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. Payment is made to the courier upon delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp to monitor your delivery.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours at gloriousessencepk@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
